Corrections log

Report and correction forms open soon. Until then, we check every entry against its sources and fix any errors we find.

Reported entries: if the organisation denies the report or the outlet retracts it, we take the entry down and record it in the corrections log. If nothing new is reported for 90 days, the entry moves to the archive marked "No further reports".
