How we tag sources
Official means the organisation's own announcement or filing, a regulator or a government body. Unofficial means a named media report the organisation hasn't confirmed. Reported means a named source has reported cuts the organisation hasn't announced. A card shows the tag of the source for its figure.
Unofficial: a named media report the organisation hasn't confirmed.
A union's own statement is tagged Unofficial too, and its source shows the label Union statement. Unofficial figures still count in the totals.
